Daru el-Bawar
   Islamic hell, or abode of perdition, divided into seven stages: Jahannam, Laza, Hutameh, Sa’ir, Saqar, Jahim, Hawiyah. The seven stages of hell were borrowed from the Jews and the Magians, and were later to be encountered in the works of Dante.
